with his customers and peers. His experience in construction,
community development, purchasing and product development
allow him to offer affordable, quality homes built to
meet different lifestyle needs.
Greg has lived his entire life in the Northwest Atlanta
Metro Area and shares his strong sense of community
values with Tammy, his wife, 2 children and 4 dogs.
When he is not building, he enjoys coaching Little League
Baseball, golfing and the great outdoors!

King Homes (Custom Builder); 1985 - 1986
| Greg begins his career as Superintendent
in charge of construction, purchasing, estimating and
customer service. Learns the importance of making sure
the job is done right. Builder, Colony Homes;
1986 - 1994 |
Greg becomes an Assistant Builder then is quickly
promoted to a Builder for a rapidly growing home building
company. There he managed the operation of individual
communities, including daily construction and customer
service activities, procuring contractors, scheduling
production, inspection of work completed and new homeowner
orientation. Continues to learn the importance of completing
the job right the first time and how attention to detail
creates satisfied customers. Production Manager,
Colony Homes; 1994 - 1997| After
7 years perfecting his building and contracting skills,
Greg was promoted to manage the entire builder force,
home building operations and customer service activities
for the Atlanta region. He learns how to work effectively
with different teams of people to accomplish targeted
goals. Region President,
Colony Homes; 1997- 2003
| Due to his leadership abilities and
focus on customer service, Greg was promoted to the top
spot in the Atlanta market. Prior to their acquisition,
Colony was one of the top 5 home builders in the competitive
Atlanta market. Greg led the team to win numerous awards
and assisted in the growth of over 1000 homes a year annually
in the remaining three years of his tenure. His daily
responsibilities included the management of regional office,
land acquisition, land development, marketing, sales,
construction, purchasing, closing and customer service.
Executive Vice President,
KBHome; 2003 - 2004
| Due to Greg’s track record for
success, he was asked to join the KBHome team as a result
of the acquisition of Colony Homes in March of 2003. In
his new role, he continued to have primary responsibility
for construction, purchasing, closing, customer service,
land acquisitions and land development activities. President/Owner,
Greg Bennett Homes, LLC formed in March 2004
| Greg’s vision to create a homebuilding
company founded with an unwavering commitment to quality
products and services and building strong customer relationships
came to fruition. His focus starts in the community that
he has lived his life…creating the opportunity of
homeownership for the first-time homebuyer and move up
market.
